We're joining a Nudist Colony in hopes of mitigating this perpetual "little" laundry problem.
I've spent the last two days making that pile, and would you believe in those two days we've already created an additional two full loads now waiting... That's a FULL size couch under there.

I'm with you. I HATE doing laundry!
I have the same problem - but our KING size bed is covered with clothes waiting to be folded. I put them on the bed - because then I *have* to fold them before I sleep! YUCK!
I agree with the nudist colony idea, Mariah! My cousin has 6 kids and told me once that she keeps trying to get everyone to go naked for a good 24 hrs, because then she could catch up with the never ending laundry! :D We always leave it on the couch, too, I've tried putting it on my bed, but then it just gets shoved onto the floor and mixed with the dirty laundry, and then the cycle is worse than before! *Sigh* the joys of being a mother! :D
So, I'm actually a little weird at the moment. I am enjoying having my first washer and dryer (a fairly new set given to me by my best friend's parents), so at the moment, washing laundry is actually making me very happy. However, the huge pile of clean laundry waiting to be folded is not making me very excited. I don't even know if its worth folding yet, because we have no dressers! Hah! That's a predicament. :) Anyway, I will think of you as I spend a few hours folding tomorrow! Hang in there.
